One principle that applies to every project, broken into four commitments that go into the contract, not just good intentions.

Stays where you put it

Residency & confidentiality

Production data, backups, and logs are kept in the location you choose. Encryption in transit and at rest; keys in your environment.

Not used by anyone else

No third-party use

Your data is not used to train models and is not sent to external services without written permission. Our access is logged and can be revoked.

You can run it yourself

Ownership & capability transfer

Source code, data schemas, documentation, and training are handed over. Anyone you appoint can carry on.

You can take it with you

Portability, no lock-in

Exports in open formats. The system can be moved to another provider, including away from us.

You know where your data goes

Before we build anything, location and access are agreed in writing for each project. There are only three options, and you choose.

Our default: A or B with an open-weight AI model. C is a documented exception, not a shortcut.

  • BA private cloud of your choiceA data center in Indonesia by default. Access stays in your hands.
  • CExternal servicesOnly with your written permission, added to a per-project allowlist. Without permission: not connected.
