Software and AI, one step at a time.

We help organizations build software, streamline work, and use AI with clear rules: who has access, where data lives, and who carries the system forward.

We start with your problem, not with technology.

The same work, every single month

Recaps, reports, and retyping data from one system into another. We make it run on its own, so your people only need to check the result.

Data scattered across many files

Every department keeps its own spreadsheet, the versions differ, and the numbers have to be matched by hand. We bring them together into one source you can trust.

An old system nobody dares to touch

It is still used every day, but there are no notes and the people who built it are gone. We review it, secure it, and update it step by step, with planning that keeps disruption limited.

You know where your data goes.

Before we build anything, we agree on which documents may be used, where the system runs, who holds access, and which outside services may connect.

Your documents and data only go where you choose. First, you choose which documents may be used. Option A: the system runs on servers your organization owns, and access stays with the people you appoint. Option B: the system runs in a private cloud you select, again with access held by the people you appoint. Option C: outside services are used only with your written permission; without it, no outside service is connected. Location and access are agreed before we build and written down for each project.

Four steps, always in the same order

Infographic of the four project steps: Prepare, Depart, Resupply, Return
Text summary of the infographic

A project moves through four steps, always in this order. Prepare: we explore your needs and set the scope; you receive a scope document, an estimate, and a risk list; we need access to the people who do the work, sample data, and a decision on where data lives. Depart: staged releases tested by your team from the start; you receive a first working version on the agreed date; we need regular reviews and quick decisions. Resupply: maintenance, updates, and monitoring; you receive periodic reports and security updates; we need one technical contact and a maintenance window. Return: final documentation, handover, and training; you receive full access to code, data, and infrastructure; we need a receiving team and time for training. No step is skipped, and maintenance after handover is a separate agreement.

1. Prepare

Understanding your needs, setting the scope, and giving an honest estimate.

2. Depart

Releases in stages, with regular reviews alongside your team.

3. Resupply

Care, updates, and monitoring as agreed.

4. Return

A shared retrospective, documentation, and handover.
