Privacy policy

This English text is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version prevails.

1. Who we are

The sixseven.camp website, in Indonesian and English, is run by PT Trisoro Mega Mendung (“we”), Jl. Bintaro Utara Blok B1 No. 21, Bintaro, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta 12330, Indonesia. For data received through this website, we are the personal data controller.

2. Scope

This policy covers the sixseven.camp website and the forum on it. Data in systems we build or maintain for clients is governed by our agreement with that client, not by this page. How we handle data in client projects is described on Data, access, and control.

3. Data we receive

• Email you send to info@sixseven.camp: your email address, the name you include, the message, and any attachments.
• Forum accounts: username, email address, and a password stored as a one-way hash, plus the topics and replies you write. Topics and replies can be read by other registered members. The forum does not load profile pictures from outside services.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages opened, and time of access, logged by the hosting server and content delivery network (CDN) for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies: visitors who are not signed in receive no cookies from this website. Members who sign in to the forum receive the session cookies needed to stay signed in. We use no analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers.
• The Rubik Guide app runs in your browser. It stores your cube size choice in the browser’s local storage and keeps the app files in the browser cache so it opens again. That choice stays on your device and is not sent to us.

This website has no contact form. We do not ask for phone numbers.

4. What we use data for

• Replying to your messages and requests.
• Running accounts and the forum.
• Keeping the website secure and fixing technical problems.
• Meeting legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

5. Legal basis

We process personal data based on your consent (for example when you register for the forum), fulfilling your request, our legitimate interest in website security, and legal obligations, as set out in Article 20 of Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and Government Regulation No. 33 of 2026, which implements it.

6. Who processes data for us

• Hostinger: website hosting and content delivery network (CDN). The website server is in Jakarta.
• MXroute: email service for @sixseven.camp addresses. The mail servers are in Germany.
• Authorities, only when required by law.

We do not share personal data with anyone outside this list.

7. Processing outside Indonesia

Email you send us is processed and stored by our email provider in Germany, which is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We make this transfer with reference to Article 56 of the Personal Data Protection Law, which requires the destination country to have an equal or higher level of protection.

8. AI assistants

The website currently has no AI chat, and forum posts are not processed by an AI assistant. If we enable an AI assistant in the future, we will update this policy first: the provider, where processing happens, and how long conversations are kept.

9. How long data is kept

• Email: up to 12 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it leads to a work agreement or the law requires us to keep it longer.
• Forum accounts and posts: while the account is active. If an account is deleted, at your request or by us, your topics and replies are deleted with it.
• Technical logs: kept by the hosting provider under its retention policy, and opened by us only for security and troubleshooting.

10. Your rights

You have the right to ask about your data, request a copy, correction, or deletion, withdraw consent, and object to processing, under the Personal Data Protection Law. Send requests to info@sixseven.camp. We may ask you to verify your identity first, then respond within the period set by the Personal Data Protection Law: no later than 3 × 24 hours for requests to access or correct data, or to suspend or restrict processing.

11. Security

Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS) and administrator access is restricted. No system is completely secure. If a personal data protection failure affects you, we will notify you in writing within 3 × 24 hours, as required by Article 46 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

12. Age

This website is meant for organizations and people aged 18 and over. The forum is only for members aged 18 and over.

13. Language

This policy is available in Indonesian and English. If the versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

14. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date are posted on this page.
