Connect and update the systems you already have

Existing systems rarely need to be thrown away. What they usually need is to be connected properly and updated a little at a time.

What usually happens, and what do we do about it?

Common situations

  • The same data is typed twice into two apps.
  • An old system runs on a server nobody dares to touch.
  • The original vendor is gone and there is no documentation, but the system is still used every day.

How we help

  • Integration between apps through APIs (the connectors systems use to exchange data), for example for finance, HR, customer service, or agency systems.
  • Connecting administration systems with other services.
  • Updating old software in stages; the old system keeps running until the new one has proven itself.
  • Cleaning and moving data, with a full rehearsal before the real migration.

Data and access

We only connect the systems you allow, starting with read-only access. You decide what data may move and where, and new systems are designed to be portable if you ever want to switch providers.

Limits

  • We do not modify third-party systems whose licenses forbid it. If that applies, we raise it during the audit.
  • Old systems with no interface or documentation can slow the work down; we report this from the first review onward.
  • Updates are scheduled with planning so that disruption is limited and announced in advance.

What we need to get started

  • Read access to your existing systems.
  • One person who knows the system’s history.
  • A time window for testing outside busy hours.

Ask about your needs

Start with a short question or a rough idea of the work you want to improve. No technical specification needed.
