Care for your systems after handover

Systems we built, or ones you built before, need care to stay alive.

What usually happens, and what do we do about it?

Common situations

  • The system runs, but nobody has updated its dependencies in years.
  • An AI assistant whose answers drift further off because its documents have changed.
  • A team inherited a system without ever being trained on it.

How we help

  • Routine care and security updates.
  • For AI systems: updates to documents, indexes, configuration, and evaluation; model training only when needed.
  • Documentation and handover, including for systems we did not build.
  • Training for your team, with materials you keep.

Data and access

Maintenance access is limited to the agreed systems and can be revoked at any time. You keep the documentation and training materials, so another party can continue the care if needed.

Limits

  • Support hours and response times are written into the agreement, not promised on this page.
  • Maintenance after handover is a separate agreement and is optional.

What we need to get started

  • One technical contact.
  • The agreed access.
  • A schedule for maintenance windows.

Ask about your needs

Start with a short question or a rough idea of the work you want to improve. No technical specification needed.
